Booking on Zavovo is simple and secure. Once you find the service or property you want:

1- Select your preferred dates or time slot.

2- Click the "Book Now" or "Request Booking" button.

3- Follow the prompts to complete your secure online payment.

4- You will receive a confirmation email once your booking is finalized.

We offer two ways to book, depending on the host's preference:

- Instant Booking: You can book and pay immediately. Your reservation is confirmed instantly without waiting for host approval.
- Request to Book: You send a request to the host first. Once the host approves your request (usually within 24 hours), you will receive a notification to complete your online payment and finalize the booking.

For Instant Bookings: You are charged immediately when you complete the checkout process.

For Booking Requests: You are only charged after the host accepts your request and you complete the payment step to confirm the reservation.

Yes. All payments on Zavovo are processed through a secure, encrypted payment gateway. We do not store your credit card details, and your payment is held securely until the service is confirmed.

Click the "Become a Host" button at the top of the page. You will be asked to create an account, fill in your details, and upload photos of your service or property.

Creating a listing and showcasing your services is completely free. We only charge a small service fee (commission) when you successfully receive a paid booking. This means we only earn when you earn.

Earnings are credited to your "Wallet" in your dashboard. You can request a payout to your bank account.

Yes. You have access to a full calendar dashboard where you can block off dates, set working hours, and manage your schedule in real-time.
